Everything you need to know about canceling your subscription
Go to your dashboard, click 'Manage Subscription' and select 'Cancel subscription'. Confirm the cancellation by following the steps provided.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. No more automatic charges will be made. You can reactivate at any time. The assistant will stop responding at the end of the period.
Free trial: Not applicable (no charge). First 14 days of payment: Full refund upon request. After 14 days: No refund, but access until end of period. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation. You can request an export of your data or complete deletion. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
