Everything you need to know about payments and invoices
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for euro payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Billing is monthly, on the same day you activated your account. If you choose annual payment, you'll receive a 20% discount. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each period.
All your invoices are available in your dashboard. You can download them in PDF format. Invoices include all necessary tax details.
If your payment fails, we'll send you an email notification. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. If not resolved, the assistant will be paused until payment is regularized.
