Third-party Services Used by Darto

To offer the platform features we rely on the following providers:

• WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Messaging API (Meta Platforms) – messaging channels.
• Supabase – infrastructure, database and backend.
• OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, xAI – AI-powered response generation, used exclusively through their business/enterprise APIs whose terms of service contractually prohibit using customer inputs or outputs to train generalized AI models.

Each provider processes personal data according to its own privacy policy. For AI providers, the relevant business/enterprise terms (which contain the no-training commitments) are also linked below:
